Panino con la Porchetta Ingredients 8 ciabatta rolls (see recipe) 1 porchetta (see recipe) Sundried tomato pesto (pesto rosso) See recipe 1 bunch basil leaves Method Follow my recipe for Porcetta, and allow it to rest before carving. Carve porchetta into 1.5-2cm thick slices, then halve to make semi-circles of slices. Halve the ciabatta rolls horizontally. Spread the base of the rolls with the sundried tomato pesto. Place some slices of porchetta including the crackling on top of the pesto, then top with some basil leaves. Dip the cut side of the roll lid in some of the pork resting juices, then place on top to enclose the sandwich and enjoy!

Ed works in a highly demanding position in the NASA program at the age of thirty-one. The film follows some aspects of his life and career. It shows the preparation for a space probe launching highlighting the intricate work involved and pressures experienced by employees of the NASA program. An on-staff doctor notices negative symptoms of ED's smoking habit. Evaluation leads to a cause for concern and further medical evaluation in order to ensure his capabilities to perform under the demanding conditions of space exploration. Through this narrative, viewers learn the hazardous effects and dangerous risks to health caused by smoking. They understand various stressors in a person's daily life which might lead to smoking or other harmful habits. The film also shows a glimpse into how cancer is diagnosed and treated. Symptoms of addiction are explored including the effect on relationships. It concludes on a positive note for the future that Ed might successfully be able to return to work. The first section of the film discusses the challenges of the space age. It opens with images of the John F. Kennedy Space Center (:09) and close shots of the rocket launch control center with a Saturn launch vehicle (:14). Ground control (:41) maintains communication with technicians leading into the launching. Mission directors wait anxiously with clipboards and headsets (:45). The stress involved in surgery mirrors that of the NASA launching. Surgeons pull a small portion of his right lung (21:56). The other lung is biopsied (22:01). Microscopic images of lungs of a nonsmoker (22:08) are compared to a section of Ed’s lung (22:14). The doctor stresses they must quit smoking (23:33). This shot is intercut with a star in space projecting and flashing pulsating light. The effect is revealed: a plastic tub with holes drilled into it is placed over the lens of the camera in studio. A light on the outside is run over the tube. 22:11 Correct exposure is explained. Different F-stops are demonstrated and double exposed to create illusions of depth. Colored gels are placed over the tube to change the color of light. 23:36 the angle of the lens wide, normal, telephoto are demonstrated and how each impacts the tunnel effect. One of the kids sends a ping pong ball down the tub towards the camera lens. The resulting effect is that of an object in space careening toward the viewer. 25:53 END Motion picture films don't last forever; many have already been lost or destroyed. Uit een inventarisatie van Nieuwsuur blijkt dat het vorig jaar zeker 240 keer gebeurde dat vrouwen moesten uitwijken naar een hotel. Dat kan leiden tot gevaarlijke situaties: de belagers van de vrouwen kunnen daar naar binnen en naar buiten lopen. Internationaal is afgesproken dat elk land op tienduizend inwoners ten minste één noodopvangplek voor slachtoffers van huiselijk geweld moet hebben. Voor Nederland betekent dat 1800 plekken, maar we hebben er zo'n duizend. Het demissionaire kabinet stelde onlangs 12 miljoen euro beschikbaar voor meer vrouwenopvang.
