One thousand people. One cuisine. Three days. All to raise money for a good cause. With my mate Corey from Dahl Daddy’s, we took his family’s Burmese recipes and scaled them up to feed 1000 people. From learning authentic techniques in the studio to running a commercial kitchen at full speed, this was one of the biggest cooking challenges I’ve ever faced.
