Honey Nut “Cheerios” Ingredients 90g (1 cup) rolled oats 50g (⅓ cup) cornflour (cornstarch) 37g (¼ cup) plain flour 30g (¼ cup) almond flour ¼ cup brown sugar ½ tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp fine salt 60ml (¼ cup) water 40ml (2 tbsp) honey Method Place the rolled oats in a food processor and process until it forms a fine powder. Transfer to a large bowl. Add cornflour, plain and almond flours, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Mix well to combine, then gradually stir in water until dough just comes together. Turn dough out onto a clean work surface and divide into 8 portions. Roll each portion out into a 1cm thick rope, then cut into 1cm wide portions. Roll each portion into a ball, then piece with a skewer to make a ring and flatten slightly. Place on a large oven tray lined with baking paper in a single layer. Repeat with remaining portions. Preheat the oven to 150°C fan forced (300°F). Bake cheerios for 20 minutes. Mix honey and 2 teaspoons of hot water in a small bowl then remove tray from oven and drizzle over cheerios. Toss well until all rings are coated, then return to the oven for a further 8 minutes. Transfer cheerios from hot tray to a clean sheet of baking paper and allow to completely cool. #cooking #breakfast

Using a bidet may seem a little intimidating to some, but to others it's a way of life.  In this episode, senior staff writer and bidet-convert Doug Mahoney explains why these modern fixtures that wash your bum are a game-changer for hygiene.
