Van goedgevulde broodjes en boterige kaasjes tot kaviaarkoelers en antieke wijnen: Beryl van Drongelen weet precies waar je voor wat in het Centrum van Amsterdam moet zijn. Ze neemt FC Centrum mee naar een aantal van haar favoriete spots. We beginnen de dag met een niet zo standaard ontbijtje (als je tenminste geen kater hebt): een broodje kip bij Warme Bakker Dam. Beryl werkte hier vroeger om de hoek bij een sportschool toen ze deze broodjes ontdekte en ook haar collega’s hieraan hooked kreeg. We gaan door naar Gastronomie Nostalgie, waar je de allermooiste parels vindt. Beryl gaat dan ook nooit met lege handen de deur uit. Zo kocht ze hier voor haar vader ooit een kaviaarkoeler, die bij elk feest en elke partij op tafel komt. Bij een goede maaltijd hoort natuurlijk wijn, helemaal als er iets te vieren valt. Ben je echt op zoek naar iets bijzonders? Dan moet je volgens Beryl bij Antique Wines zijn, waar je de meest bijzondere vintage wijnen vindt. Denk je aan Beryl, denk je aan borrelen. Grant Memorial at the base of Capital Hill (11:27), the Library of Congress (12:05), Supreme Court Building (12:20), White House (13:30), Peterson House (14:34) and British (15:25) and Japanese Embassies.
