They do not rely on emotions. Instead, they create music that affects our emotions. This is a trained skill, not an inborn talent. Playing classical guitar is a long-term study. It's something we do in our homes as part of our days. We play for ourselves, for the quality it adds to life. We may enjoy playing guitar for others, but most of the time we are alone with our work. There are methods and formulas for great practice. We can use our time well so that see more progress. We can fix the problems and erase the mistakes. Ad: The LEGO Group and Marvel Entertainment asked me to build an Iron Man MK43 as one of the LEGO® Marvel Brickverse challenges. They've been tasking awesome creators to make some epic and heroic builds! I used 40,000 LEGO bricks to build the most detailed Marvel Avengers Iron Man MK43 I could. I included opening mechanical elements, just like the real Iron Man suit using LEGO Powered Up motors and LEGO Technic elements, and also lighting! Instead of a statue built from classic LEGO bricks stacked on top of each other, I decided to use LEGO Technic elements to build a frame and then add LEGO plates to form the contours. I continued the build with LEGO elements facing outwards - with 'studs not on top', to make the final contours and colour scheme of the suit with LEGO slopes and plates. The whole build took around seven weeks working full time, 40,000 LEGO Bricks, and weighs in at around 40 Kg!

Zo werken ze samen met lokale leveranciers, leggen ze zelf hun groenten in en worden proteïne add-ons op houtskool gegrild. Zelf misten ze zoiets in de stad, wat hen ertoe bracht eerder dit jaar samen met hun ouders en twee andere families dit concept op te zetten. Een echt familie(s)bedrijf dus. Dirk en Thijs vinden het belangrijk dat het ook echt een plek buurtbewoners is, waar het gezellig en betaalbaar is. En zo hebben ze nog iets leuks: voor de deur staat een bak vol verse kruiden, waaruit voorbijgangers zelf mogen plukken wat ze nodig hebben (of knippen, binnen licht een schaartje klaar). Alhoewel het in het begin echt even spannend was en vooral keihard werken, heeft inmiddels iedereen z’n draai wel gevonden en wordt zelfs gewerkt aan een tweede vestiging. And here’s a fun detail: right outside the restaurant, there’s a minigarden full of fresh herbs that people are free to pick from (or snip, there are scissors inside). Although things were a bit intense in the beginning with lots of hard work and uncertainty, they’ve now found their rhythm and are even working on opening a second location.
