Thomas De Graeve bezocht vandaag veehouders in Texas. But if the era of Israel’s longest-serving prime minister is nearing its end, what legacy will he leave behind? Once hailed as “Mr Security”, Netanyahu faces intense criticism over the security failures surrounding the October 7 attacks. His political survival has also been overshadowed by corruption allegations and criminal charges, which he has denied. Meanwhile, his government’s conduct during the wars in Gaza and the wider region has fuelled fierce international condemnation, including allegations of war crimes. As pressure mounts on Netanyahu, two crucial questions emerge: how will history judge his leadership, and what comes next for Israel? Joining Piers Morgan to discuss this is his panel, including professor at Tehran University, Mohammed Marandi, Israeli scholar & IDF intelligence veteran, Dr. Mordechai Kedar and author of ‘Anti-Zionism, A Jewish History’ Benjamin Moser. Marlène Laruelle, James Orr and Philippe Sands discuss whether international courts truly represent the people's wishes. Is it time for international law to be rethought? With a free trial, you can watch the full debate NOW at https://iai.tv/video/freedom-democracy-and-the-law?utm_source=YouTube&utm_medium=description Free and fair elections are a central, perhaps the central, feature of liberal democracies, backed by the rule of law. But today, many argue the law has itself become a political weapon, as the word 'lawfare' — recently named word of the year — testifies. In the US, the right insists courts were weaponised to prevent Trump’s second term, while the left now claims he has used the law to target opponents. In France, Le Pen was barred from political office following a conviction many see as politically motivated. While in Germany, the AfD was classified as extremist, authorising government surveillance which prompted the President and 150 MPs to call for them to be banned despite their leading in some polls. Should we see the law not as a safeguard of democracy, but as a weapon that can undermine it? Should we resign ourselves to the fact that those with power and influence will always seek to manipulate the law? Or can we secure democracy and our way of life by refining the law to stop its political use? #politics #law #democracy James Orr is a Cambridge philosopher and theologian. He is admired by JD Vance, who once described him as his "British sherpa." Christopher Steele is a former MI6 officer who ran the Russia desk from 2006 to 2009 and later compiled the "Steele dossier"—intelligence reports alleging ties between Donald Trump and Russia. Marlène Laruelle is a historian, sociologist and political scientist at The George Washington University, where she is directs the Illiberalism Studies Programme. Philippe Sands is a writer and lawyer at University College London whose work in international law has taken him from the trial of Pinochet to the prosecution of Nazi war criminals.

Yes they’re made out of vacuum cleaners – called Henry and Harry – because they already have faces which makes them the ideal platform for embodied AI. I'm using Pygame, Gymnasium, Stable_Baselines3 and Pytorch to train the model. The first thing we need to do though, is train an artificial neural network to learn how to make BattleBots fight each other autonomously. Gymnasium doesn’t have any graphical environment, so we’re going to use the game I already wrote for that. Gymnasium itself doesn’t have any graphical environment, so I’m going to use the game I wrote to take care of that. Gymnasium is actually only the game wrapper, allowing the game to be reset for each match, and step through the game 20 times a second returning new observations in each step. Those observations are the robots’ own velocity, health, weapon extension, where the centre of the play area, and the opponent are from the robot’s point of view, the opponent’s relative heading. To actually build the Neural network I’m using Stable-Baselines3 which is a learning algorithm, and that uses Pytorch underneath because the Neural net it builds is a Pytorch model and Pytorch does the maths for the leaning updates. 🔥 Makera Black Friday — Lowest Prices of the Year! By pressing down on the top strings and wiggling your fingertips, you learn to keep the tip joint passive, allowing the sound to come from the larger knuckle for a richer tone. #classicalguitar #guitartone #right_hand_technique #guitarlessons #musictips
