❌ ❌ ❌ AT5 - Echt Amsterdams Nieuws Abonneer hier op ons youtubekanaal: https://www.youtube.com/AT5 Tips of opmerkingen? https://youtu.be/GX3UDWOOQMM The Nile is Egypt’s lifeline. Its water transforms parched soils into productive farmland. The first houses and settlements are built from its mud. Yet, how did it all begin? From 5000 BC, desert nomads began to settle in the Nile Valley. Instead of wandering around as hunter-gatherers, they now practice agriculture and animal husbandry. The foundations for Egyptian civilization. As early as the 1st Dynasty, the land along the Nile is divided into smaller administrative units. But Egyptian administration would not have worked without another groundbreaking invention - writing - in the form of elaborately painted hieroglyphics. Yet, the pride and joy of the Egyptians is the Nile. It’s the country's most important trade route. Without this river, one of the most fascinating advanced civilizations in history would never have existed. -- Welcome to the official Get.factual youtube channel! 🌍 We are a documentary streaming channel covering history, science, technology, and nature. Each episode, our journalists will present you a must-see film from their country: soooo, trust the experts, turn your subtitles on, and happy watching ✨ 🇫🇷 Today, we’re taking you to France, with the 2011 comedy-drama “Intouchables”. It details his 104 days of detention inside a Louisiana ICE jail after he was targeted for arrest and deportation by the Trump administration over his pro-Palestine campus advocacy at Columbia University. Khalil missed the birth of his first child, Deen, while he was separated from his wife, Noor Abdalla, who is a U.S. citizen. The administration is still trying to deport Khalil, who has launched civil rights lawsuits against the government and Columbia University over his treatment.

Priorat DOQ is one of Spain’s most distinctive red wine regions, known for Garnacha and Cariñena, steep vineyards and its famous llicorella slate soils. In this Mastering Spain video, I explore what makes Priorat wine unique, from its geography and history to its detailed vineyard classification system. We look at Priorat in Catalonia, its Mediterranean climate, the Serra de Montsant, Siurana River and the steep costers where old bush vines are cultivated. I also visit the Tossal d’en Bou vineyard of Mas Doix near Poboleda to take a closer look at Priorat’s llicorella soils and how this challenging terroir shapes the region’s wines. We’ll explore the history of Priorat, including the Carthusian monks of the Cartoixa d’Escaladei and the modern revival associated with the “Gang of Five”: René Barbier of Clos Mogador, Josep Lluís Pérez of Clos Martinet, Daphne Glorian of Clos Erasmus, Álvaro Palacios of Finca Dofí and Carles Pastrana of Clos de l’Obac. Finally, I break down the Els noms de la terra classification system, including Vi de Vila, Vi de Paratge, Vinya Classificada and Gran Vinya Classificada, with examples including Clos Mogador, Les Aubaguetes, L’Ermita, Mas de la Rosa and Tossal d’en Bou. If you’ve tried Priorat, particularly one of the classified wines mentioned in the video, let me know what you thought in the comments.
