Breakfast Burrito Ingredients - 1 red capsicum (bell pepper), sliced - 1 white onion, sliced - 2 large chorizo sausages, diced - 8 slices crispy bacon - 4 potatoes, boiled - 1 tsp cumin - salt and pepper - 8 eggs, beaten - 50ml milk (¼ cup) - 4 large flour tortillas - 180g grated cheese (6.3 oz) - oil for cooking Method 1. In a large cast-iron pan, add a drizzle of oil, then place the cooked half potatoes and press firmly with a spatula to crush and flatten. Cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown before flipping and cooking for a further 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside. 2. While the potatoes are cooking, cook your bacon until it's nice and crispy. Once cooked, set aside. 3. In the same pan, add the diced chorizo and sauté for 1-2 minutes before adding the sliced red capsicum, sliced white onions, and seasoning with salt, pepper, and ground cumin. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the peppers and onions have softened and the chorizo has some colour. 4. Place your eggs in a bowl along with the milk and a pinch of salt. Whisk well, then scramble in a pan with a small knob of butter. 5. To assemble, lay a flour tortilla down and add a couple of spoons of scrambled egg, then the onion and pepper mixture, and finally some grated cheese. Roll tightly before toasting the whole burrito in a pan on all sides until golden. 6. Serve the burrito with some salsa or your favourite hot sauce. #cooking #food #eggs #shorts

Some argue this is a dangerous trend that is influencing the global fall in birth rate and potentially threatens society as a whole. They argue the ubiquity of sex toys, used in the US and UK by 70% of women, and pornography, used by 90% of men, have made sex with a partner less important. Should we act to contain the growth in the numbers choosing to be single? Do we need to encourage long-term partnership by making sex less available without a partner? Beef Stroganoff Ingredients - 1 kg beef steak, sliced thin (e.g., sirloin) (2.2 lbs) - 500g mushrooms, sliced (1.1 lbs) - 1 brown onion, sliced - olive oil - salt and pepper - 500ml beef stock (2 cups) - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce - 2 tbsp flour - 3 tbsp sour cream - egg noodles, to serve - 1 tbsp butter - parsley, for garnish Method 1. In a large frying pan over high heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the beef along with a big pinch of salt. Sauté the beef until it has some colour on all sides, then remove and set aside. 2. Place the pan back over high heat with some more oil and add the mushrooms along with a pinch of salt and some fresh black pepper. Cook the mushrooms for 2-3 minutes until they start to have some colour, but be careful not to overcook them. Once the mushrooms are cooked, set them aside. 3. Place the pan back on high heat with some more oil and add the onions with a pinch of salt. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. 4. Add the beef stock, scraping the bottom of the pan to get all the fond, then add the beef and mushrooms back to the pan along with the Worcestershire sauce. Stir well. 5. Stir in the flour to thicken and continue to cook so the flour cooks out for 5-6 minutes. 6. Cook the egg noodles in salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through, then drain well and add back to an empty pot with the butter to coat the noodles. 7. Finish the beef with the sour cream and chopped parsley. Serve the beef stroganoff over the egg noodles. #shorts
