Dezelfde dienst die ook het Koningshuis, Geert Wilders en misdaadjournalist John van de Heuvel nog altijd beveiligt. Die beveiliging is niet overdreven: misdaadblogger Martin Kok, Reduan B, broer van kroongetuige Nabil B., advocaat Derk Wiersum, misdaadjournalist Peter R. de Vries. Allen vermoord door een onderwereld die de afgelopen jaren steeds nietsontziender is geworden. Niet voor niets daalde Nederland de afgelopen jaren flink op de ranglijst van persvrijheid. De rechtstaat in Nederland staat onder druk, zegt Vugts, en nu er honderden miljoenen euro’s, of misschiens zelfs miljarden worden verdiend met de drugshandel via de havens, gaan we een spannende tijd tegemoet. Want de onderwereld heeft nu meer geld dan de overheid heeft om diezelfde criminelen te bestrijden. De vraag is: gaan we terug naar het oude normaal, of moeten we er rekening mee houden dat de rechtsstaat voor lange tijd wordt ontwricht? Vugts: ‘Nu hebben we geen narcostaat. Xinjiang Lamb Skewers Ingredients: - 1 kg (2.2 lbs) diced lamb with fat - 1 brown onion, thinly sliced - 3 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tsp sesame oil - 2 tbsp cornflour - 2 tbsp sesame seeds - 1.5 tsp chilli flakes - 1 tsp fennel seeds - 1 tbsp salt - 1/2 tsp MSG (monosodium glutamate) - 1 tsp sugar - 1 tbsp ground cumin Method: 1. Add the diced lamb, onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil to a bowl. Mix well and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours, but up to 24 hours is even better. 2. To make the spice mix, toast the sesame seeds, chilli flakes, and fennel seeds. Then, place them in a mortar and pestle, adding the sugar, salt, MSG, and ground cumin. Pound for a couple of minutes. You want to keep some texture, so don't grind it to a fine powder. 3. When you're ready to grill, skewer the lamb pieces onto skewers, ensuring the fat is evenly distributed. This will help keep your lamb nice and juicy. Season well with the spice mix you prepared earlier, then grill over medium-high heat, preferably over charcoal. 4. Turn the skewers often, continually seasoning the lamb with the dry seasoning mix from earlier. Cook the lamb skewers for 8-10 minutes. They are best enjoyed when still slightly pink in the middle. Serve while they are still hot and enjoy! #recipe #lamb

Like an actor bring words to life, we breathe life into our pieces. And we can do this in an organized way, day in and day out, reliably. Great musicians can play wonderfully in any mood. They do not rely on emotions. Instead, they create music that affects our emotions. This is a trained skill, not an inborn talent. Playing classical guitar is a long-term study. It's something we do in our homes as part of our days. We play for ourselves, for the quality it adds to life. We may enjoy playing guitar for others, but most of the time we are alone with our work. There are methods and formulas for great practice. We can use our time well so that see more progress. We can fix the problems and erase the mistakes. And we can enjoy conquering the plentiful challenges that classical guitar music offers. If you plan to play classical guitar for any length of time, it is worth it to get help. Obviously they have far more resources than me, and they trained their robots in a simulation before building them. Yeah I built mine in a few weeks. In the previous video I built a very simple pair of legs with only four motors, The Star Wars Droid could bend each leg but that was it, so it was like tipping a box onto its edges. This time I added extra joints to the hips of the Star Wars Droid as well as it's head, and added the extra motions to make its hips sway.
