Ingredients - 1 packet milk arrowroot biscuits (or similar) - 1 can condensed milk - 1/4 cup cocoa powder - 1 cup desiccated or shredded coconut + extra for the outside - 30-60ml rum (1.5-3 tbsp) (less or more depending on how much you want to taste the rum) Method 1. Crush your milk arrowroot biscuits using a bag and rolling pin or a blender/food processor 2. Add the cocoa powder, coconut, condensed milk and rum and mix well. I recommend washing your hands and then using your hands to mix it completely as the mixture is quite thick. 3. Add the extra desiccated coconut onto a plate or bowl. 4. Roll the mixture into small balls and cover with the extra coconut you just prepped. Do this until the mixture is all used up. Place the rum balls on a tray lined with baking paper and place into the fridge to set.

Stitch with @ShredmasterScott Lets learn some microtonal music theory! More specifically, lets look at how to construct a simple but beautiful 4 note scale subset from 31 equal called the tetratonic subminor orwell scale. Sounds complicated, but lets break it down: Tetratonic - means simply a 4 note scale. Subminor - refers to how this scale is built off of a consecutive chain of septimal minor (or subminor) thirds and a justly approximated 5/4 major third. Orwell - A temperament so named because it can be generated by 19/84 (19 steps of 84 edo), which works well within the framework of 31 EDO The example you hear here blends the tetratonic subminor orwell scale with a modified 12 scale subset. Basically the piano bits are exclusively in tetratonic orwell, and the vocals are in modified 12 but line up with the Orwell intervals at key parts to exemplify the tonal quality of this beautiful microtonal scale. This probe is inside the sun's atmosphere. After years of spiraling closer to our star, NASA's Parker Solar Probe broke its own record by flying just 4.51 million miles from the sun’s surface - which sounds far, but it’s within the sun’s outer atmosphere, called the corona. The goal is to study eruptions like solar wind, flares, and coronal mass ejections, all of which launch magnetized particles towards us on Earth. Once the probe reaches its predetermined final orbit, the mission will be complete. But what happens to it then? We asked a NASA scientist on the project and he said that we can expect quite a number of additional passages after the final mission, but eventually we won’t be able to control the probe anymore and it will likely become part of the near-Sun dust environment. Easy Flatbreads Ingredients: - 280g (9.9 oz) flour - 1 1/2 teaspoons (tsp) baking powder - 1 tsp salt - 2 tablespoons (tbsp) olive oil, plus extra for rolling - 1 tbsp honey - Approximately 180ml (6 fl oz) water Method: 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, olive oil, and honey. Create a well in the centre. 2. Gradually pour in 3/4 of the water, mixing continuously. Add more water only if necessary to form a cohesive dough. 3. Once the dough comes together and no longer sticks to the sides of the bowl, turn it out onto a floured surface. Knead for 5 minutes, then return it to the bowl. Cover with a clean tea towel and let it rest for 30 minutes. 4. After resting, divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll them into tight balls. 5. Lightly oil your work surface. Roll out each ball until it's about the size of a small dinner plate. 6. Heat a cast-iron pan over high heat. Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they're nicely browned and puffed up. 7.
