I delve into the complete process, from selecting materials like a sheet of plywood and beautiful walnut for edge banding, to overcoming stability issues and employing various woodworking techniques. I demonstrate cutting, gluing, and using a router for precise joinery, as well as integrating a French cleat system for wall mounting. Throughout the project, I share useful tips and tricks, such as creating clean cuts in plywood and using clamps effectively. The video also covers my design process and how I draw inspiration for my projects. Cottage Pie Potato Skins Ingredients - 2 tbsp olive oil - 1 stick celery, diced - 2 carrots, diced - 2 yellow onions, diced - 4 cloves garlic, finely diced - 1 stick rosemary, finely chopped - 500g (1.1 lbs) beef mince - 1 tbsp tomato paste - 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce - 300ml (10 fl oz) beef stock - 4 large washed potatoes - 2 tbsp butter - 100ml (3.4 fl oz) milk - chopped chives to garnish Method 1. Start by preheating the oven to 180°C (356°F). Poke the potatoes 6 times on the skin and place them in the oven on a tray for 45 minutes or until cooked through. 2. To make the filling, place a pot over high heat and add the oil, then sauté the onions, carrots, and celery until tender with a big pinch of salt. Add the beef mince and cook for 4-5 minutes. Next, add the stock, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce, mix well and continue to cook for 25-30 minutes on low heat. 3. Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the oven and leave to cool for 20 minutes before cutting in half and scooping out the insides. Then fill the potato skins with the beef mince. 4. Push the insides of the potato through a ricer, then whisk in the milk and butter. Check the seasoning and then pipe or spoon on top of the potatoes filled with the beef filling. 5. Like an actor bring words to life, we breathe life into our pieces. And we can do this in an organized way, day in and day out, reliably. Great musicians can play wonderfully in any mood. They do not rely on emotions. Instead, they create music that affects our emotions. This is a trained skill, not an inborn talent. Playing classical guitar is a long-term study. It's something we do in our homes as part of our days. We play for ourselves, for the quality it adds to life. We may enjoy playing guitar for others, but most of the time we are alone with our work. There are methods and formulas for great practice. We can use our time well so that see more progress. We can fix the problems and erase the mistakes. And we can enjoy conquering the plentiful challenges that classical guitar music offers. If you plan to play classical guitar for any length of time, it is worth it to get help.
