In July 2026, a swarm of more than 1,000 OpenAI AI agents broke out of their testing sandbox and hacked Hugging Face — and the way they did it was far stranger, and far more mundane, than the headlines suggested. This video breaks down what actually happened: how the agents built a secret message board, invented a kind of religion, cheated on a cybersecurity exam called ExploitGym, and tried to cover their tracks — all to escape a punishment that didn't exist. Then we follow the money. Days after the details leaked, Dario Amodei, Sam Altman and Elon Musk suddenly agreed the industry should "slow down" — in the same weeks Anthropic and OpenAI were preparing IPOs and funding rounds valuing them at up to $2 trillion. We look at Amodei's "We Must Pace the Frontier" essay, Anthropic's "profitable before expenses" accounting, the market selloff that wiped billions off Nvidia, Micron and SK Hynix, the WeChat "WeWorm" attack, and why critics from Michael Burry to David Sacks to Donald Trump all called the slowdown self-serving. Is the AI safety panic real, a bid for regulatory capture, or both? Patrick Boyle explains. Steak Quesadilla Ingredients - 1 red capsicum - ½ white onion - 1 fresh jalapeño (optional) - 2 cloves garlic - 300g (10 ½ oz) skirt steak - 1 tsp smoked paprika - 1 tsp ground cumin - ½ tsp ground coriander - ½ tsp dried oregano (Mexican or common oregano) - 2 tbsp neutral flavoured oil - 200g (7 oz) cheese (mozzarella, Oaxaca or cheddar) - 6 medium sized wheat flour tortillas - Hot sauce to serve - 1 lime, wedges Method Step 1: Prep 1. Remove the core and finely slice the capsicum. 2. Peel and finely slice the onion and garlic. 3. If you’re using a jalapeño, slice it lengthwise, optionally remove the seeds at this stage, then finely slice crosswise. 4. Shred or grate the cheese and set aside. 5. Slice the skirt steak into thin strips, against the grain. 6. In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, cumin, coriander and oregano then set aside. Step 2: Searing 1. Preheat a heavy based fry pan or flat grill on high heat. Add 1 tbsp of neutral flavoured oil, then add the sliced capsicum and onion. Sweat for 30 seconds before adding the jalapeño (if using) and garlic, then season with half of the spice blend. Once the vegetables are soft, remove from the grill and set aside. 2. Lightly clean the grill with a scraper and a paper towel. Allow the pan or flat top to come back up to temperature, before adding another 1 tbsp of oil and the beef, searing for 30 seconds with a pinch of salt. Toss the meat, to sear on the other side with the remaining spice mix. Mix the vegetables and the meat together on the grill until the beef has cooked through, about one minute. Once the beef is cooked, remove from the grill and set aside. Step 3: Assemble the quesadilla 1. Scrape the pan clean and warm the tortillas on both sides, on the hot grill. Flip over and add beef and vegetable mix to each half of the tortillas. Top with the cheese and fold. Flip over to grill for one minute on the other side until golden brown and crunchy. Once both sides are evenly toasted and the cheese has melted, remove from the grill. 2. Serve with lime wedges and hot sauce.

Riffs get their own videos. So do chord progressions, scales, gear reviews, you name it. Endings? #moord #Amsterdam #Syriers #EfeY #misdaad #criminaliteit #vluchtelingen #rechtszaak

“If we don't connect those dots between the struggles, we're never going to get anywhere,” says award-winning multi-instrumentalist Rhiannon Giddens. “That's what music is for. … We have to make music with people from different backgrounds because then we have that conversation.” Giddens has had a wide-spanning career, including her time with the Carolina Chocolate Drops, an old-time Black string band, and her work as a musical consultant on Ryan Coogler's landmark film “Sinners.” She won a Pulitzer Prize for music in 2023 for her opera “Omar” about Omar ibn Said, a Muslim scholar in Africa who was sold into slavery in the 1800s. Giddens’s new album, “Hope Is the Thing with Feathers,” comes out on Friday.

These include Alpha boats, swift boats and larger craft, such as a Armored Troop Carrier (ATC) / Tango Boat or Monitor (LCM-6 Mod). During the conflict, SEAL Team One conducted unconventional warfare, reconnaissance, and direct-action raids in the rivers and jungles of South Vietnam, earning the enemy nickname "Men with Green Faces". The location where this footage was shot is unknown, although it is likely the Mekong River. The men in the film are also unidentified; the fact that their faces were not obscured is somewhat puzzling and might indicate the the footage was shot for internal use by the armed forces. At the time this footage was shot, SEAL Teams were fielding 12-man platoons, each comprising two squads of six men; most SEAL missions conducted in Vietnam were squad-sized operations. Navy SEALs, supported by riverine patrol boats and swift boat operators, waged guerilla warfare against the Viet Cong in the swamps and jungles. After about six years of combat, the relatively small group of SEALs accounted for 600 confirmed Viet Cong KIA and 300 more probables. Numerous others were captured or detained. Three SEALs received the Medal of Honor from actions they took during Vietnam. The last SEAL platoon departed Vietnam in late 1972. Een rustige start was het niet, want de zaak rond onderzoeker Nathan Cofnas hangt nog steeds als een donkere wolk boven de universiteit.
